Interacters was started with a simple observation: millions of local businesses in India — shops, service providers, home-based sellers — have no proper online presence, not because they don't want one, but because setting one up has always been too expensive, too technical, or too time-consuming. We're here to change that.
Our Story
We are a small team of developers and designers based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Interacters is our attempt to build a product that genuinely makes a difference for local business owners.
We started by asking ourselves: what does a local business actually need to go digital? Not a complicated CMS. Not a website that costs ₹50,000 to build. They need a simple, ready-made storefront they can share with customers in minutes — where people can see their products, read reviews, and get in touch on WhatsApp.
That's what we built. And we're still building. Every feature on this platform comes from conversations with real business owners.

Where We Are Right Now
We are early-stage. The core platform is live and working — businesses can sign up, create their storefront, add products, publish blogs, collect reviews, and manage enquiries. We are onboarding our first users and actively gathering feedback to shape what comes next.
We don't have hundreds of clients yet. We don't have big funding. What we do have is a working product, a clear vision, and a genuine commitment to building something that matters for local businesses.
